The association is a non-profit organization established to foster the development of girls fastpitch softball in the area of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The association exists to fulfill the girls fastpitch softball needs of the community and is the sole sponsor of the Cumberland County Magic tournament team program. The association supports good sportsmanship and the sound development of softball fundamentals within the community to ensure that girls participating in the program will have a positive and rewarding experience that will maximize personal growth and foster team success. The association requires quality coaching and provides an atmosphere for learning softball skills for both coaches and players.

Tryouts for the Cumberland County Magic 2009 Season will be held on August 10, 2008, August 17, 2008 and August 24, 2008 at Heishmans Softball Complex in Newville, PA. Times for the Tryouts will be posted soon. (please check back)  Please arrive early for registration for U12, U14, U16 & U18. Please dress appropriately for tryouts and bring your game gear!
